Stratto

This is a condiment.  It used to be dried outside on boards for a day or more.  Cheese cloths were put over the tomatoes so flies wouldn’t get on it.  The temps had to be just right and a rain storm could ruin the product.  This can be used on many dishes.  Great on pizza dough or in spaghetti sauce.  Aunt Lena can give you more info about this wonderful recipe.
