Rotini Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Bags Noodles (I use 1 bag)
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp accent seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Cup White Vinegar
- 1 med. red onion, diced
- 2 cucumbers, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 4 Tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Rinse. Mix oil into noodles until coated. Put vinegar and sugar into pan and boil. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, and dry ingredients. Stir. Let cool. Add the other ingredients to the noodles. Mix. Pour cooled vinegar mixture over salad. Refrigerate 1-2 days before serving.
