Macaroni and Italian Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked macaroni
- 2 lbs. Italian sausage
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can whole tgomatoes, diced
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup roasted peppers, sliced
- parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to directions and drain. Cook sausage, drain and slice into 1" pieces. Combine onion, tomatoes, water, roasted peppers, and cooked sausage. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, Cool. In a 9x13" pan layer macaroni, mozzarella cheese and sauce. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees
