Use 3 bowls. Place the walnuts and cranberries in one bowl.
The dry ingredients in another bowl and stir until blended. Place wet ingredients in the largest bowl and mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a small amount at a time. Make sure it is well blended. Then fold in the bowl of walnuts and cranberries. Grease one large loaf pan and place batter in pan, Bake 1 hr and 10 minutes at 350.
