Mix pretzels, butter and sugar. Spread into the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cool. Beat soft cream cheese and sugar. Stir in cool whip. Spread on cool crust being cure to seal crust. Set well! (I usually put it in the refrig. for awhile) Meanwhile, dissolve jello in water. Stir in strawberries. Let jello mixture cool in bowl until room temp. Pour over middle layer and chill until jello is firm. I usually make this the night before I am serving it to allow enough time.
