You can substitute any lettuce, I usually use spinach.

Romaine and Red Beet Lettuce
Ingredients
- Romaine and Red Beet Lettuce
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup celery
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Toasted pecans; toast in pan with butter, once done put sugar on top
- 1 pear
- DRESSING
- 1/4 oil
- 1/4 tsp tobhasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp targon vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
