What a fun way to make a cake! No mixing bowls.

Pan Handy Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 6 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tso baking soda
- 12 Tbsp salad oil
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Make a well and add the rest of the ingred. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with favorite icing or pudding sauce. OR...cover with chocolate mint patties while cake is still hot. As they melt, swirl attractively with a knife.
