Instructions

1. Make cake mix according to directions. I use a cupcake pan and made 24 cupcakes, I used zebra print cupcake holders Let them cool. Save 1 Tbsp out of frosting. The rest color light blue Put your frosting in a piping bag and use a small tip on the bag. Swirl the blue frosting in a circle around the top of the cupcakes. Take 1/2 of the frosting and color it green. Put a small leaf in the middle of the cupcake. We have a cupcake tree so, I used that to hold some of them.
