Mom’s Christmas Chocolate Roll
Ingredients
- 1 pkg cocoa-finely grated
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 bag colored miniature marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter together. Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and chocolate, Stir in marchmallows till well coated. Divide mixture in half and form each half into 2 long rolls or 4 short ones. Put coconut on was paper - roll each roll in coconut until covered, then place rolls in foil. Put in freezer overnight. slice when ready.
