Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups heavy cream
4 tbsp vanilla
Instructions
Scald milk. Add sugar and salt to the milk and stir until both dissolved. Add the cream. Stir in the vanilla and cool. Churn in freezer. Makes about 2 quarts
