Graham Cracker Cookies

Recipe from Mrs. Clark that lived next door and then with us.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 pkg graham crackers
  • 1 cup or so of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Simmer butter and sugar 5 minutes. Place graham crackers in a cookie sheet and pour butter and sugar over them and bake 350 degrees for 10 min. While hot, sprinkle with the chocolate chips and spread. Garnish with nuts while hot
