
Claudia’s Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box super moist white cake mix (Pillsbury works best)
- 1 1/2 containers single serving yogurt (any flavor, the cheaper brans work best)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- FROSTING
- 18 OZ. container cool whip
- 1 1/2 containers single serve yogurt (same flavoir as cake)
Instructions
- Mix cake ingred until smooth. Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan and bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Check cake frequently with toothpick until it comes out clean
- FROSTING Mix 2 ingredients until smooth and frost over COLD cake. DON'T FROST CAKE UNTIL IT'S COLD BECAUSE FROSTING WILL MELT AND MAKE CAKE SOGGY!! Cake must be placed in the refr.
