
Claudia’s Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1 egg slowly beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- GRAVY
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- 1/2 cup beef bouillon
- 1 cup (1/2 & 1/2) cream
Instructions
- Soak bread crumbs and milk together and set aside. add rest of ingredients to crumbs and milk. Shape into meatballs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Gravy- Mix until smooth gravy like. Pour over meatballs.
