My grandchildren love these cookies.

Biscotti
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups crisco
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 5 tsp baking pwder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 cups flour
Instructions
- Cut crisco into sugar with electric mixer. Add vanilla and 6 beaten eggs. Then add milk and almond extract. Mix all dry ingred in a seperate bowl and then add slowly to liquid mixture. Take a hand full and roll out onto a floured board till the size of a thick pencil. Cut into 2 inch segment and shape like a "S" or "O". Lay out on parchment papered cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Until they just start to turn light brown. Cool on wire rack.
- FROSTING Mix powdered sugar and cold water together to the consistency of milk. Roll each cookie in frosting, front and back side until coated. Let drip on wire rack. Can be easily frozen.
