We all love this soup and all my kids make it

Brodo (Italian Soup)
Ingredients
- 1 1/5 lbs beef cubes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 whole potato
- little pepper corns about 1 tsp
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 3 qts hot water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup parmassen cheese
Instructions
- Shake the beef cubes in a bag with a little flour and salt and pepper. boil the cubes in the oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook till light brown. Add 3 qts hot water and boil 3 or 4 hour with a potato. Discard the potato. Beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup water and mix in cheese and sir in to the soup. Bring to boil for about 5 minutes. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cheese.
