This is like a salad dessert!!

Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 12 oz. standard bag of raw cranberries
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
- 2 cups red seedless grapes, more if disired, slice in half
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups whipped cream, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Start by grinding up cranberries and mix with 1 cup of sugar. Place in refrigerator over night. Next day put cranberries in strainer, I usually pour the pineapple over this to allow it to drain at the same time. (Drin the juice with a little vodka, very good!) Cut your grapes, chop walnuts and whip cream, add well drained berries and pineapple to walnuts and grapes mix into whipped cream I usually mix the salad early in the morning for dinner that night it seems to add to flavor. You can add more nuts or grapes according to your taste it doesn't matter. You can also freeze salad but it doesn't taste as well as fresh to me.
