
Corn and Macaroni Caserole
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups frozen corn
- 1 can cream corn
- 1/4 cup butter
- a little fresh grated opnion to taste
- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. shredded colby monterey jack cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except butter together in a glass 9x13 baking dish. Top with sliced butter and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
