
Claudia’s Cavatini
Ingredients
- 32 oz jar of spaghetti sauce or whatever homemade sauce of your choice is
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage (bulk)
- 1/2 pkg mini peperoni slices
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- Buy "trio Italiano Pasta" and use the whole 12 oz.
- 2 cups mozzaella cheese
Instructions
- Brown and drain the beef, sausage, onion, and green pepper. Combine with sauce and mushrooms. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. During the last 10 minutes top with cheese.
