I buy my bread dough from Rotells’s Bakery in Omaha

The directions are how I make mine, I make the kids with sauce and pepperoni and shredded mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • Bread dough (either make your own or buy)
  • soft mozzarella (the large ball kind, sliced)
  • 1 ripe tomato (thinly sliced)
  • olive oil
  • course salt
  • 1 garlic crushed
  • basil (a handful-about 10 leaves)

Instructions

  1. You may want to use aluminum foil this time. Grill the pizza until the cheese is melted. It should be crispy. You may need to move the pizza up to a higher rack if you have one.
