
Chicken and Vegetable Pie
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can (16 oz.) mixed veggies
- 1 cup broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups diced chicken
- 1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
Instructions
- Heat butter in saiucepan. Add flour and cook until bubbly. Drain vegetable liqiuid into cup and add chicken broth and milk so total liquid is 2 cups. Add to flour mixture and stir until thick. Add nutmeg and chicken. Put into casserole and cover with crust. Bake 425 for 30 min.
