
Claudia’s Slush Punch
Ingredients
- 2 (3oz) packages of gelatin any flavor
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 (46oz) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 quarts 7-up
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water, juice, and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Pour into 3 half gallon containers. Freeze until firm. Two hours before serving remove cartons from freezer aand let stand to thaw at room temperature. To serve place blocks in punch bowl and break apart with fork. Add 1 quart 7-up for each half gallon of punch base.
