Ingredients
- 1cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 4 Tbsp baking powder
- FROSTING
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 6 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Stir dry ingred. cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs and add vanilla and dry ingred. Knead and add more flour as needed. Divide in half and roll into a thin log onto floured board. cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees 8-10 minutes.
- Frosting Stir powdered sugar, vanilla and water together. Roll cookies in the frosting and let dry on cookie rack
